The Palm Harbor Camera Club (PHCC) is a group of photographers whose experience ranges from beginners to professionals. PHCC meets once a month, the first Wednesday every month, at Tiffany’s Restaurant on US19N in Palm Harbor, Florida.
Members bring in 11×14 photos mounted for selection by an experienced judge every other month . Selected photos are hung in 16×20 frames on a special wall for display in Tiffany’s Restaurant. As part of our continuing education, the judges critique top photographs. Also on display, is a photograph by the judge who is often a professional photographer. Photos are displayed for two months and are available for purchase.
Interesting aspects of the club include education, field trips and sharing photography tips with other members. One of the most significant reasons for becoming a club member is to connect with people who enjoy your interests and enthusiasim.
We encourage new membership and look forward to a growing attendance. Please read the “Contact Us” section for more information on whom to contact for any questions about the club. Visitors are also welcome to join us at our monthly meeting where they can meet the members and experience a meeting. Please feel free to stop in and view our gallery of photographs in the back dining area any time Tiffany’s is open.

Thank you Kim for inquiring about our camera club. The Jan 4th meeting is a special award meeting so I would suggest that you come Feb 4th to experience a “typical” meeting but you are certainly welcome to come to either to meet the members and to see what we do. I’m a retired photojournalist and looking to unload a lot of gear. No cameras or lenses but other gear like wireless flash, 7” display, mics, tripod, etc. Do you ever have swap or sale events? If so I’d interested.

I am interested in joining/learning more about photography and meeting those to share their expertise! I work until 7 PM on Wednesdays right there in the Fountains ….is that too late for the meeting?…I did not see a time posted……please email me or call….thank you!

Our meetings are posted under Calendar and start at 10:00 a.m. The Suncoast Camera Club in Clearwater meets twice a month and are evening meetings but it looks like they are not meeting in person yet.
